Sunflower Banana Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, raw and soaked overnight
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups crushed ice, optional
- 1 large banana
- ½ tsp vanilla, or to taste
- 1 Tbs maple syrup, or to taste
- Fresh, peeled ginger slices
Directions:
Soak the seeds in 8 cups of water overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Blend all ingredients together, adding vanilla and maple syrup to taste. Bananalicious!!
