A deeply hydrating treatment with unique healing elements. Hand crafted by Grail Springs, you will be covered in our luxurious green clay mask with essential oils. Your skin will begin to draw out impurities as well as absorb the known antiseptic properties of Hemlock, Cedar and Juniper. Hemlock has been long utilized by First Nations Indigenous peoples for food and medicine. Hemlock is thought to express the Feminine Yin energy of the forest, an important herb to women who use the branches in ceremony, the buds in teas, and inner bark rich in Vitamin C for nourishment. An excellent astringent, good for healing skin issues, and supporting healthy breath and lungs. Hemlock’s scientific name ‘Tsuga’, is derived from the Japanese words for The Mother of Trees. Following the body wrap, your therapist will complete this deeply relaxing treatment with a therapeutic body lotion using effleurage massage to increase the flow of the lymphatice system. The results are a deep cleanse combined with skin renewal and nourishment for body, mind and soul. The body mask elixir is a pure mineral-rich clay from India, combined with Helichrysum oil among others, known for its regenerative properties. Lavender oil, Pomegranate oil, Frankincense and Ylang Ylang will nourish your skin and delight your senses as you let go and let your body release and receive. While cocooned in this healing wrap, a neck, shoulder and head massage will begin for the duration of the treatment.
