Retreat Guidance 

Over your retreat stay you will be guided by our team of spiritual coaches, meditation instructors, and healers through a series of private sessions, workshops, reflective meditations and journaling exercises. 

Our approach is directed towards personal growth, consciousness expansion, and modern, inclusive spirituality that honours personal reflections and beliefs, your transformational process at your level and your pace.
